Superior Travel is ABTA bonded, meaning a bond has been lodged with The Association of British Travel Agents,  This recognises that as Travel Agents we are taking customers monies and using this to pay the ultimate providers of that customers travel services.

The bond also serves to protect the customer from the Travel Agent misusing those funds or becoming insolvent prior to paying those funds to the ultimate travel provider.

And in the very unlikely event that Superior Travel became insolvent before your holiday, ABTA would ensure that either your travel arrangements were completed or that you would receive a full refund.

Superior Travel is ATOL protected, meaning a bond is given and governed by the Civil Aviation Authority and is essentially governed by the Package Travel Regulations. This provides that any holiday booked with a travel provider should be bonded.

This means that if anything happens to any of the providers of any element of your holiday (eg insolvency), you shall not be disadvantaged.

Superior Travel goes one step further and is proud to offer a 100% Free of Charge Supplier Failure Insurance Cover on all of our holidays.

During 2008 an unprecedented number of airlines and travel suppliers have found themselves in financial difficulty which has created concern amongst travel consumers. As an established agent, Superior Travel has introduced a Supplier Failure Cover that fully protects all travel customers and alleviates any concerns about their choice of travel supplier. Whether it be airline, hotel and accommodation supplier, tour operator or car hire provider.

It is imperative that our customers have complete peace of mind and protection, when booking with Superior Travel. All travel elements are subject to Supplier Failure Cover which is an insurance policy which protects the customer if the supplier or any component of your travel itinerary cancels, delays your trip or goes into liquidation.

Most personal travel insurance policies on the market today do not cover individual travel components. We consider a supplier to be any provider of flight or other public transport, your accommodation or car hire. This means that every part of your itinerary will be covered.

WHAT IS COVERED?
Cancellation: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00
This covers you in the event of your trip being cancelled due to the failure of one or more suppliers of your trip

Insolvency: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00

This provides cover if one of the suppliers of your trip goes out of business

Replacement Flights: Cover £5,000 Excess £50.00
Should you find yourself unable to return home due to supplier failure, this cover will allow you to purchase replacement flight tickets home
